Sally Shih

Sally Shih is a student of SOLOMON BLOEMEN Flower School whose work is marked by fluid line and harmonious layering. In the 2025 exhibition Floral Sensorial Confessions, her piece S for Serendipity was described as unfurling like a river of pressed botanicals, embodying fluidity and timeless elegance. She adorned the sweeping arcs with soft, warm hues for depth and subtle fronds for texture, creating a harmonious flow that mirrored the gentle sway of summer meadows. The work stood as a testament to her intuitive artistry, where every layered bloom invited the eye to meander, discovering layers of colour and form that celebrate the serene poetry of floral expression.
In The Rhythm of Flowers she continues to translate this sense of flow into dialogue with classical phrasing.
