Mozart wrote "Rondo alla Turca" around 1783, inspired by the popular European fashion of imitating Ottoman Turkish Janissary military bands. The piece uses specific rhythms and melodies to mimic the energetic drums, cymbals, and piercing horns of Ottoman military bands. It is one of Mozart's best-known and most beloved piano pieces.
My floral design idea draws from the Vintage Amplifier, aiming to share music in a large venue where everyone can enjoy it together.
The design mechanics include the repetition of lines to create a trumpet-like structure, with lines moving and strumming up and down. Form transitions and texture variations of flowers create depth and rhythm. A black and gold base with red flowers conveys emotion, like every musical note within this overall floral design composition.
